Hisaab Lagao — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Hisaab Lagao mobile application (the "Application") created by Cyber Surge ("Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Explicit Data Denial

The Application is designed to run entirely offline. It does not require you to create an account, nor does it ask for any personal information (e.g., name, email address, phone number, location, etc.).

2. Information Collection and Use

Because the Application has no online features (with the exception of external link redirection) and does not connect to the internet for application data processing, it does not collect or transmit any data, including your device's IP address, usage statistics, or device identifiers. All calculations, conversions, and processes are performed locally on your device.

3. Internet Usage Clarification

The Application may require internet access only for the following external activities:

• Redirection to this Privacy Policy.
• Redirection to external websites when explicitly initiated by the user (e.g., "About" links).

The Application never uses the internet to transmit, sync, or backup your personal data or calculation history.

4. Third-Party Access and SDKs

Since the Application does not collect any data and does not have internet access for internal processes, no data is shared with or transmitted to any third-party services, advertisers, or analytics providers. We have verified that all integrated SDKs do not collect telemetry in the background.

5. Platform Data Collection

Please note that while the Application itself does not collect data, the platforms used to distribute it (Google Play Store and Apple App Store) may collect diagnostic data, crash reports, and anonymized usage statistics as per their respective privacy policies.

6. Global Privacy Compliance

Modern regulations require transparency regarding user rights. Even though the Application collects zero data, we uphold these rights globally:

• Right to Access: You have the right to know what data is collected. (Zero collection).
• Right to Deletion: You have the right to request deletion. (Zero storage).
• Right to Correction: You have the right to correct data. (None stored).
• Right to Restrict Processing: Data is only processed locally on your device.

The Application does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Because zero data is collected, the Application is completely safe for use by individuals of all ages.

All of your interactions with the Application stay strictly on your physical device and are never sent to a server. Your data is inherently secure within your device's local storage.
